Create a Video Tribute

Upload your favourite photographs and we will use them to create a tender video tribute for your pet. When it is ready, and after your approval, your pet will be added to Daisy Meadow, where their memory can rest among the flowers and be visited with love.

Upload at least 1 image. You can upload up to 3 photos, and we recommend using all 3 to help us create a more meaningful tribute.
Optional. Add a short message for your pet. We’ll include a version with and without it. Maximum 100 characters.
